Beta 3 fixes some of the hard panning in the music, makes the dots for the levels on the map screen a different color if you've beaten the level, and fixes some bugs relating to the aiming cursor. If you already have Beta 1 or 2, just download the update (which contains only the files which have been changed) and copy the new files in the zip file over the old ones. That way you won't have to download 6.79 megabytes again. Beta 4.5 completely changes the controls and physics of ALL, and all of the levels in Alabama to accomodate these massive changes, fixes some longstanding bugs, adds a ducking move, and many other things. Because so much was changed in this version, no "update" zip file is available for this version. I'll leave Beta 3 here for now in case you like the old controls better, but I think the new controls are MUCH more flexible and realistic than the old ones are, and the game is more fun to play as a result. Make sure to read the readme.htm or readme.txt file to see what was changed (especially the Version History section). Beta 5.1 refines the controls and physics of ALL even more, to make the controls feel even better. It also fixes some weird underwater physics problems that I discovered after the release of beta 4.5, some bugs, and other miscellaneous things. It also adds the standard Mario move where you can defeat enemies above bonkable blocks by bonking the blocks below them, and changes all the 10-book blocks into multi-book blocks. The Downtown music for Abraham Lincoln Land has also been redone in this version, to make it more interesting, less repetitive, and to make it have more variety. (I plan to redo the other music tracks in ALL as well.) Once again, make sure to read the Version History section of the ALL readme file to see all of the changes that have been made, as there are many changes in this version of ALL as well. If you already have beta 4.5, you can download the alldb51u.zip file (which is a zip file that only contains the files which have been changed between beta 4.5 and beta 5.1) and copy the new files in the zip file over the old ones to upgrade to beta 5.1. Do NOT use this zip file to upgrade to beta 5.1 from beta 1, 2 or 3! Beta 5.6 fixes a lot of bugs and contains many UI design improvements. In addition, it adds command line switches and a Sound Setup menu (so those of you with weird sound cards or sound card setups can attempt to get the sound to work in ALL), and a few other new options. Of course, read the Version History section of the readme to see all of what has been changed in this version. If you have beta 5.1, you can download the alldb56u.zip file to upgrade to beta 5.6 (simply copy the new files in this zip file over the old ones to upgrade). Do NOT use this zip file to upgrade to beta 5.6 from any version of ALL other than beta 5.1. Download
